Collaboration Clusters
We define a collaboration cluster as a group of innovative people working together to solve a problem. Typically this will represent a small group (5-10) people with a very specific problem focus – although the backgrounds areas of expertise and experience can vary widely.
The collaboration cluster is the smallest sub-set in the innovation / economic development map – but by far the most important because it is the point of innovation – the fuel for the future economy.
Criteria for a successful collaboration cluster are currently being developed, as is a map of collaboration clusters. Please contact Chris Dornfeld to contribute information or suggest an area of innovation that should be included.
